Welcome to my web page.  My name is Frank Herrera and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about why I will be your perfect real estate partner for life.  I was raised in the suburbs.  I split my time between Chicago's Northside and the Northwest Suburbs.  My career began in 2002 under the wing of my mentor who was a top producer at Remax City’s Bucktown office in Chicago for many years.


I had a desire to set myself apart from my fellow NW Suburban agents.  Understanding the Chicago market as a whole was the key.  The trend during those days was shifting.  Chicago families sought homes in the Suburbs and young Suburbanites were seeking investments and city living in Chicago.  Regardless where my clients choose to buy or rent, my services are mobile. Where you are I am with you.  When you select an agent to lead you through one of the most important purchases of your life, it is that agents experience in the market as a whole that is... priceless. 


My approach is simple…  Be knowledgeable, honest, and diligent...  Most importantly always keep clients' interests in mind.  Working 100% by referrals every deal to me is personal.  I feel that renting, buying, or selling should be a fun and smooth process.
