My services are FREE for tenants. I will locate quality properties that meet your expectations sticking to your budget. I have extensive knowledge of Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs. There are a few things that you should know about the rental process. It should never be assumed that a landlord is desperate or having financial difficulty. If a property is still occupied then that would justify long market times. Prices are negotiable within reason. Please be prepared to pay your first month’s rent + 1 month security deposit. If you have a pet in most cases there will be a pet deposit. To submit an offer all adults in the household will have to fill out the rental application, show proof of income, and purchase a credit report.
